- 1 volume 1 volume: 388 × 260 mm., i, 72 ff. Vellum. Collation: fly leaf, then nine gatherings of eight leaves. Lacking two gatherings at the end of the final text, wanting prior to binding. Written space (double column) approx. 275 × 180 mm., 53 to 55 lines. Dark brown ink, with headings and titles in red; initials red or blue, with penwork. Six illuminated initials in blue, green or red, two (ff. 1r., 41r.) incorporating a lizard-like animal. 15th-century binding of half-leather and wooden boards; three Agnus Dei metal catches, two clasps, others missing. Later inscription on f. i verso 'Questo galieno sie a precio de duc. 2.'
